Designed by Clayton Orszaczky, Bay House is a 2016 project of a new house located on the south coast of NSW. The result of this project is a glazed steel frame pavilion with maximum transparency with the surrounding environment.
Design
It is a house that opens out towards the bay, that’s why it is called Bay House.
The specific brief from the client is about a steel frame that is bolted together. The aim is to create maximum transparency with the house surrounding environment.
The planning of this house can respond to the needs of the parent and the children. Private spaces can be provided axially to the central gathering space where family members can enjoy a valuable gathering time.
