It is a modern house designed around light, journey, and landform. It sits on a steeped site with rear access that provides a private journey from the rear lane and a public journey from the street as well.

Spaces

The public journey to this house starts from the rock ledges and gardens to the double-height entry space with a stair. The awesome views of the glass-fronted pool and the harbor beyond can be seen from this house.

The private entry starts from a lush garden via timber and glass logia that link the living spaces of the house to the rear garden.

Interiors

Texture, form, and light are combined for the interiors in this house to create a subtle and calm quality. The result is a cozy house with bright and inviting interiors.
